REAPER 7 Support for LKC Tools Is Now in Beta

Beta builds of Render Blocks, Content Navigator, Grim Sync and Variator add REAPER 7 and Lua 5.4 support while staying backward compatible with REAPER 6.

REAPER 7 is now in pre-release, and it brings some significant updates — including an upgrade of Lua to version 5.4. That change means LKC Tools needed a new version to keep everything working correctly.

Installing the Beta

If you want to test scripts in pre-7 builds of REAPER, you can manually install the beta versions through ReaPack:

Backward Compatibility

These beta versions are backward compatible with REAPER 6, so you can update without worrying about breaking your current setup.
